Who does Epiphany Dynamics work with?
We work with small and mid-sized businesses across healthcare, professional services, e-commerce, restaurants, wellness, home services, and more. We are not built around one vertical, so the real fit question is the workflow, not the industry.
How is Epiphany Dynamics different from an AI tool vendor?
We do not just recommend software. We design, build, integrate, and support automation around your existing workflows, tools, and revenue goals.
How much does AI automation cost?
Every Epiphany Dynamics build is a fixed-price project, quoted in writing after a free 30-minute audit. We do not publish a price list because every build is scoped to your tools and your workflow. Ongoing support after launch is optional and priced with the build. Third-party costs such as phone lines and API usage are billed to your own accounts at cost.
How long does an automation build take?
Simple AI front desk or lead follow-up systems can often launch in 5 to 10 business days. More complex workflow automation usually takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on integrations and testing.
What happens during the free AI Operations Audit?
Thirty minutes on the phone. You tell us what your business still does by hand and where it hurts. We tell you what we would build first, put the plan in writing with a fixed price, and you keep it whether or not we ever work together.
How much of our time does it take?
A login or two, and answers to setup questions in the first couple of days. We handle the build end to end. You never touch code, servers, or settings.
Can you fix an AI system someone else built?
Yes. That is AI Rescue. We take over sites, apps, chatbots and automations that were built with AI and never went live, or that break once customers use them. We diagnose it, quote the repair in writing, and finish it.
Do you work with businesses outside Nashville?
